Biography
Dr. Sebastian Waugh is a highly respected General Physician at RMI who graduated from the University of Costa Rica with an M.D. degree. He worked at Hospital Clínica Bíblica, where he honed his skills in patient care and medical protocols.
He spent two and a half months in indigenous communities, where he was exposed to holistic medical practices that influenced his approach. He developed a broader perspective, incorporating both Western and holistic approaches to medicine. What sets Dr. Waugh apart is his commitment to preventive healthcare, a philosophy influenced by regenerative and longevity medicine, which he believes is the key to a healthier future.
At RMI, he manages patients, collaborates to develop Chronic Fatigue Syndrome protocols, and is a research team member of stem-cell-based treatments. Dr. Waugh is also a passionate sports enthusiast with a rigorous fitness regimen that includes biking across the scenic routes of Costa Rica.
